2. Services Loftera specialises in loft conversion services within the London area. Our services include but are not limited to, design, construction, project management, and consultancy for loft conversion projects.

3. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided are valid for a period of [90] days from the date of issue.
A contract between the client and Loftera is established once a quotation is accepted and a deposit is received.
Any changes to the scope of work after the acceptance of the quotation may result in adjustments to the final price.

4. Payments and Fees

A detailed payment schedule will be provided and agreed upon before the commencement of work.
Payments are due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or cessation of work.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated project timeline and make every effort to adhere to it. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or delays in receiving materials may occur.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary planning permissions or building regulation approvals.
The client must provide access to the property for the duration of the project.

7. Liability and Insurance

Loftera holds liability insurance for all work undertaken. However, we are not liable for damages that are beyond our control.
Clients are advised to have their own insurance to cover any incidental damages.

8. Warranty

We provide a warranty on all construction work, covering labour and material defects.

9. Cancellation

The client has the right to cancel the contract within [3] days of signing. Any deposits paid may be subject to deductions based on work already completed or materials ordered.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will first be addressed through direct negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or legal action may be pursued.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
